Steel Ball Run

San Diego, 1890. Thousands of riders from all over the world line up for the Steel Ball Run, an unprecedented horse race across the entire North American continent, from the Pacific coast to New York, with a fifty-million-dollar prize waiting at the finish line. Among them is Johnny Joestar, a former racing prodigy who lost the use of his legs and all his fame along with them. When he touches one of the mysterious steel balls of Gyro Zeppeli, an eccentric Italian rider hiding a secret mission, Johnny feels his legs move for the first time in years. Determined to uncover the power behind those spinning balls, he joins the race and follows Gyro across deserts, mountains and plains, never imagining that the route hides something far more valuable than the prize. The seventh part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, a brand-new story in an alternate universe that can be read without knowing the previous parts.
